How to make healthy fluffy pancakes

This recipy will teach you quickly how to create very tastefull, healthy, but above all, fluffy pancakes!

Ingredients:

Toppings:

  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Agave or Ahorn syrup

Required utensils:

  • 2 Mixing bowls
  • Sieve
  • Food processor with mixer
  • Pancake pan

Method of preparation:

  1. Sieve the flour above one of the mixing bowls and add the baking powder and the (almond) milk.
  2. Separate the eggs: put the yolks into the bowl with the flour, the egg whites into the other bowl.
  3. Beat the egg yolks, the milk and the flour mix to a batter.
  4. Whisk the egg whites in the other bowl, using a food processor or hand mixer, until it's stiff and fluffy.
  5. Add the (now fluffy) egg whites to the batter little by little until it's all mixed.
  6. Heat the butter in the frying pan and turn the heat halfway up.
  7. Bake your fluffy pancakes slowly until brown and then spoon them on a plate.
  8. You can now add the syrup and fruit to the pancakes
    (try being creative yourself).
