- 250ml water
- 1.5 banana
- 200g blueberry
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
- Cutting board
- Cut the banana into smaller pieces.
- Put all the ingredients into the blender.
- Puree all the ingredients.
- For decoration you can sprinkle some chia seeds and blueberries over the smoothie.
