To make your own curry sausage:
- Put the spice mix in a bowl.
- Cut your sausage meat into small pieces and add to the spice mix.
- Mix until the sausage is well coated with the seasoning.
- Preheat your oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6 and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Spread the curry sausage mix on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
