Flaxseed Ground Organic
Flaxseed is the seed of the flax plant. For this reason, flaxseed is also called linseed. It is used as a raw material for linseed oil that is pressed from the seed using an oil mill. Flaxseed has a nutty flavor and is packed with nutrients including lots of fiber (27.3 g / 100g).
Flaxseed naturally contains lots of Omega 3, especially alpha-linolenic acid. Because the flaxseed is already ground, the Omega 3 fatty acids are more easily released and better digested by the body. The ground flaxseed is very good for your intestines, because it provides a better intestinal passage through the fibers and it also supports your sense of satiety. In addition, flaxseed promotes digestion.
Max. 3 teaspoons 3 times a day. You should drink enough when using flaxseed for proper functioning. The ground flaxseed can easily be mixed or added to yogurt, granola, salads, bread or swell in a glass of water.
