How to order?
Do you also have a brick and mortar store?

No, we only sell our products online. However, you can pick up an order at our depot in Hengelo, the Netherlands.

Is the product I want to order still in stock?

On the product page, you can see if an article is in stock or not. When it says "in stock" you can simply order the product.

If it says "out of stock" then we can't deliver this product at this time. If you want to know when a product is back in stock please write us an email. Click here for our email.

How do I place an order?

You can easily add products to your shopping cart by clicking on the orange "add to cart" button on the product page.

After the product has been added to your shopping cart, you can choose to continue shopping or go to your shopping cart.

Then click in your shopping cart on "proceed to checkout" and follow the steps on the screen.

Why can't I add products to my shopping cart?
Because you need to select the desired amount first.

Where can I find the certificates of Naturaplaza?

Naturaplaza is SKAL certified. With this certificate, you can be sure that all the products we call organic are actually organic.

Are all products organic?

All products on our website marked as ORG are certified organic and under the control of the competent Dutch supervisory authority SKAL. Products without this mark are regular products and not organic.

We have the ability to grant our customers access to the SKAL back office, where you are able to always download the latest certificates. Please let us know by mail if you are interested in this service.

Where can I find more product information?

On the product page, you can find information under the description tab, usually, there is also a specification to download under the heading: "More information".

What is the country of origin of this product?
The country of origin of a product can be found on the product specification sheet.You can find it under the tab "More Information" and then selecting "Specsheet"   If the country of origin is not listed on this sheet, or if more than one country...

When will I receive my order?

When your order has left our warehouse, we will send the track & trace code to your e-mail. With this code, you can see where your order is. 

Haven't you received a track & trace code yet? Then we ask you to be patient and check your mailbox again in a few hours.

I have not received my order, what now?

First, check the Track & Trace code in your mailbox, Does this code show that your order is delivered but you have not received it? Then click here to contact us 

My parcel is damaged, how do I return it?

When the product you received is broken or damaged when it arrived, you can send it back to us. The total purchase price will then be refunded. Click here for more information about returns. 

What is the expected delivery time?

We will do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. The Track & Trace code you received gives an estimated time of delivery. You can find the Track & Trace code in your mailbox. We do everything we can to deliver your order within 2-3 days.

Unfortunately, it is very busy at the moment with our carriers. Because of this, it may happen that you have to wait a bit longer for your order than you are used to from us.

What delivery options can I choose from?

Standard shipping:

If you select this method, your order will be shipped in a box and delivered to your home. shipping times differ per country. Click here to see the shipping terms for your country

Mailbox parcel:

If you choose this method, your order will be sent in an envelope with bubble wrap. this package fits through the mailbox. Ideal when you are not at home.

Please note that a mailbox parcel can only be used with a small product. Don't you see the option "mailbox parcel"? Then this product is not suitable for a mailbox parcel.

Post NL pick-up point (Only in the Netherlands):

If you select this option, you can choose a Post NL point near you to have your parcel delivered to. Convenient if you are not at home but still want to pick up your parcel.

DPD pick up point (For customers outside the Netherlands):

If you select this option, you can choose a DPD point near you to have your parcel delivered to. Convenient if you are not at home but still want to pick up your parcel.

Is an order delivered for free?

Orders over € 50,- will be delivered free of charge to your home in the Netherlands.

In Belgium and Germany we provide free delivery for orders above € 85,-.

What is a Track & Trace code?

The carrier gives each parcel its own code. With this code, you can see where the parcel is and when it will be delivered. The Track & Trace code can be found in your mailbox.
