What's in meatball seasoning?
With just a few simple ingredients, you can make tasty meatballs that everyone will love. These meat seasonings are perfect for meatballs, and can be used for any type of minced meat. Our mince seasoning mix is completely organic and they are all mince seasoning without salt:
- onion granules
- garlic powder
- black pepper
- sunflower oil
How do you make a meatball?
With this recipe, you can whip up delicious homemade meatballs in no time.
- Determine the right amount of minced meat and place it in a mixing bowl.
- Add the mince seasoning. Standard usage rate = 10g (1 tablespoon) of seasoning per kg of minced meat.
- Add 1 egg per 500g of minced meat.
- Mix the ingredients well and, if the mince is too dry, add some sunflower oil. If the meat is too wet, use some breadcrumbs.
- Turn 150 grams of minced meat into a large herbal meatball. With the same amount of meat you can also make 3 small balls of minced meat as appetizers.
- Finally, fry the meatballs until they are brown and cooked.
- Serve with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
And voilà, a delicious meatball!
