Vegetable soup with mushroom powder for 4 people

Ingredients

• Lump of butter
• 250 grams of ground beef
• 250 grams of soup vegetables
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2 large onions
• 1.2 liters of water
• paprika powder
• pepper and salt
• mushroom powder

Preparation method

1. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and paprika.
2. Turn it into small soup balls.
3. Melt a knob of butter in a stockpot.
4. Peel and chop the onions and fry them in the pan until they start to turn golden.
5. Add the soup vegetables and fry for about a minute.
6. Now pour the water in and bring to boil.
7. Then add the meatballs and let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes.
8. Finally, add mushroom powder until the soup tastes to your linking.
9. Serve with bread or breadsticks.
