What is linseed oil
Linseed oil is oil derived from the seeds of organically grown linseed. The seeds of linseed contain about 40% oil. Linseed oil is the oil with the highest content of omega 3 fatty acids.
Cold pressed
By using press processes that do not generate heat, all natural nutrients and enzymes are stored in the juice. By heating, oxidation takes place and this kills enzymes and nutrients. Cold pressed oils and juices are therefore healthier and more nutritious than traditionally pressed liquids.
