See the user manual. 6 bags of yoghurt culture for the preparation of 1 liter of yoghurt each can be grown (inoculated) up to 4 times further, so a pack (6 bags) is sufficient for approximately 24 liters of yoghurt. Suitable for cow's milk (pasteurized, UHT milk, boiled direct milk, lactose-free milk, soy milk and sheep's milk-prepared yogurt has a shelf life of about 7 days in the refrigerator. Grafting can be done by, for example, replenishing 100 ml of prepared yogurt with milk in a clean container. The probiotic living bacteria can then multiply again, so that you have 1 liter of fresh yogurt after 48 hours.
