Why did Popeye eat so much spinach?

In 1870, it was determined that 100 grams of spinach contained 3.5 milligrams of iron. But due to a misplaced comma, this finding went down in the books as 35 milligrams! Popeye came to life in 1929, further reinforcing the myth that grew up around spinach. Oops! We now know that spinach does not contain as much iron as paper clips. Organic Spinach Powder Recipe Hummus for 4 people

Preparation

Put all ingredients except the water in a plastic bowl or measuring cup. Do not use too much salt and pepper, you can add more later to taste. Puree everything with a hand blender and add the water little by little until the hummus has the desired thickness. Store in a sealable jar or container in the refrigerator and use as a sandwich spread or dip for vegetables like carrot, celery and cucumber. Or serve traditionally with flatbread and olives!
